Risk Management Services
1.) Loss Prevention: work with management to establish procedures that will assist in preventing and controlling claims. Includes physical inspection of facilities for deficiencies, establishment and coordination of medical and security staffs and facilities, develop written procedures promoting public safety systems, and claims reporting and control.
2.) Claims Handling: evaluate individual claims reports for purpose of identifying claims producing situations. Implement procedures for completing claims reports properly and initial investigation when necessary. Designation of personnel for claims responsibility.
3.) Risk Transfer: establish requirements and procedures so that others using your premises are properly insured and provide written evidence of such insurance. Review contracts as respects potential liability exposures, hold harmless/indemnity provisions, and insurance requirements. Claims created by others on your premises should be the responsibility of those creating them. |
